Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes
The best book I've ever read on nutrition.  It's not a diet book, but you will understand how to eat by the time you finish it.  Life-changing.

Cookbooks

Well Fed
I haven't tried many recipes in this book.  However, the first half of the book outlines how to do a "weekly cook-up" to prep all the meats and veggies for the week.  Great information.

Paleo Comfort Foods

Primal Blueprint Quick and Easy Meals

Fitness

A textbook on how to work out all your mobility issues, joint pain, injuries, etc.  If you want to see a sample of KStar's work, check out MobilityWOD.
