Taco Salad

2 lb ground beef
lettuce
tortilla chips
cheddar cheese, grated
salsa
sour cream

Saute ground beef until done. Add Southwest Seasoning and 1 cup water; simmer on low until absorbed. Serve with lettuce, chips, etc.

PALEO: omit chips. use cheese and sour cream sparingly.
